Daiwa Metallia YARI-IKA

The Daiwa METALLIA YARI IKA fishing rod is a rod developed specifically for fishing squid and large deep-sea squid.

A design created with the aim of finding the right mix of balance , sensitivity, lightness, maneuverability and ease of use. Thanks to the titanium alloy metal top tip, the most sensitive touches, even in very deep water, are transmitted with excellent sensitivity and precision. The blank can rely on X45 technology, a special carbon layer that reduces twisting in fishing. This, together with the compact, light-weight rings, makes for a powerful yet very light rod that is fun to use even after many hours of fishing.

It lends itself perfectly for use in combination with even small electric reels.
